How to Install Your RoamPass eSIM
Here you’ll find installation guides for some of the most common devices. Since the setup process can vary between brands and models, select your device below and follow the instructions to install your RoamPass eSIM.
Before installing your eSIM, please check that your device is eSIM compatible.
Once confirmed, choose your device below and follow the installation instructions. Setup may vary slightly depending on the device brand, model, and operating system.
On your iPhone, go to Settings → Cellular/Mobile Data → Add eSIM. Scan the QR code provided with your RoamPass eSIM and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
On your Android device, go to Settings → Network & Internet / Connections → SIM Manager → Add eSIM. Scan your RoamPass QR code and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
On your iPad, go to Settings → Mobile Data/Cellular → Add eSIM. Scan your RoamPass QR code and follow the on-screen instructions.
On a compatible tablet, go to Settings → Mobile Data / Cellular / SIM Manager → Add eSIM. Scan your RoamPass QR code and complete the setup.
On your Samsung device, go to Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → Add eSIM. Scan your RoamPass QR code and complete the setup.
On your Google Pixel, go to Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → Add SIM → Set up an eSIM. Scan your RoamPass QR code and follow the instructions.
Open Settings and look for SIM Manager, Mobile Network, Network & Internet, or Add eSIM. Scan your RoamPass QR code and follow the on-screen steps.
On a compatible router, open the router settings or its mobile app and locate the eSIM or Mobile Network settings. Add your RoamPass eSIM using the QR code or activation details provided with your order.
Some routers, such as the Hybrid Traveller 5G, can be set up and managed directly through an app. The exact installation process may vary depending on the router model.
On a compatible laptop, open your Network, Cellular or Mobile Network settings and choose Add eSIM. Scan your RoamPass QR code and follow the on-screen instructions.
On a compatible smartwatch, open the watch or companion app on your phone and go to Mobile Network / Cellular → Add Mobile Plan or eSIM. Follow the instructions to add your RoamPass eSIM.
